Accessibility statement

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Who this covers

This statement covers the tutaris.com website, the Tutaris office site used by housing providers and contractors, the Tutaris mobile app used by engineers, and the letters Tutaris sends to residents. We want as many people as possible to be able to use them, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom in, or use a screen reader.

Our standard

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and check new work against them before it is released.

If you need something in a different format

If you need a letter or any other information in a different format, such as large print or audio, residents should contact their housing provider, and anyone else can email hello@tutaris.com. We will reply within 10 working days.

Reporting a problem

If you find a problem, or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, email hello@tutaris.com. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

How we tested

We last tested tutaris.com and the office site on 22 October 2026 using automated checks (Lighthouse), which scored 96 out of 100.
